These terms are an agreement between you and Coconut Trade Desk ("we", "us", "the app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Coconut Trade Desk is a record-keeping tool that helps coconut traders track purchases, stock, sales, husk, expenses, cash and profit. It is a bookkeeping aid, not accounting, tax, or legal advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract, and you must use the app only for lawful business purposes.

3. Your account

Keep your login details safe and give accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One mobile number is linked to one account.

4. Subscription and billing

• New traders get a 14-day free trial.
• After the trial, the app costs ₹499 per month, charged through Razorpay.
• The subscription renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app: no unlawful activity, no attempt to break security, no uploading of others' personal data without a fair and lawful reason, and no use that harms the service or other users.

6. Your data and records

Your business records belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the app to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.

7. No warranty

We work hard to keep the app reliable, but it is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and the calculations are tools to help you — please check important figures yourself.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous three months.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or payment is not made.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new date here and, for important changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
